Restore your home or business to its pre-accident condition
After a severe water damage event, it can be difficult to know where to begin with the recovery process. Let Dry Core Restoration give you one less thing to worry about. Unlike other contractors, we offer round-the-clock services to help you right when you need it. We know that dealing with your insurance company can be an additional stress on top of what you’re already going through, so we will coordinate with them throughout the process. Our professional assessments and detailed estimates help to ensure that you won’t be surprised with a bigger bill than you expected.
Although time is of the essence with all water damage events, accidents involving sewer water are especially dangerous. If you’re experiencing a sewer water emergency, it’s important to act fast. Sewage can contain bacteria, chemicals, and microbes, all of which present serious health risks to your family, employees, and tenants. As a rule of thumb, there are two kinds of wastewater: greywater and blackwater. Greywater, which generally comes from dishwashers, sinks, and showers, is considered nonhazardous but still involves contaminants that may be harmful to your health. Black water, on the other hand, contains human waste and dangerous pathogens. In any case, cleaning up after a sewage disaster is not a job for the average homeowner. At Dry Core Restoration, we offer 24/7 emergency services and fast response times. You can be sure our expert technicians will arrive onsite as quickly as possible to begin restoring your home or business.
Still curious about our water and flood damage restoration services? Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we get from customers.
Are your technicians certified for water damage restoration?
Yes! Dry Core Restoration and our technicians are certified by the IICRC, which sets standards and certifications for inspection, cleaning and disaster restoration industries.
What should I do when I see water in my home?
Call Dry Core Restoration immediately! The longer your water damage remains unaddressed, the more severe it will become. Our crew will be on site as quickly as possible to diagnose all moisture issues, remove the water, set up monitoring equipment, and then begin drying out your property. If you act quickly, we can help you prevent further damage, as well as future mold and pathogen growth.
Do I need an estimate before I start the dry-out?
You don’t. In fact, most of the time, that’s not the best choice. We can’t give you an accurate estimate until we’ve carried out every preventative measure. Depending on the scope of the damage, we should be able to generate a detailed estimate within two business days of getting started on your project.
Can I turn the equipment off at night?
We don’t recommend it. If you turn off the equipment at night, it will increase the amount of time it takes to dry out your property and risk additional damage. We take care to place our equipment in a way that minimizes the amount of time it takes to effectively dry your property.
Should I be worried about mold?
Nope! By calling us as soon as you see water, you’re doing your part to minimize mold growth. Our water damage restoration services take steps to eliminate the risk of future mold growth, just to be on the safe side.
How will I know when my property is dry?
Just because it’s dry to the touch doesn’t mean it’s safe. We use moisture meters, infrared technology, and old-fashioned expertise to determine when our job is done. Once the moisture in your property has returned to a safe level, we’ll remove the equipment.
When should I pay my deductible?
You’ll need to pay your deductible in full before we get to work.
