The nation’s very best water damage mitigation services
We provide the nation’s very best water damage mitigation services. From extreme weather to burst pipes, we know what it takes to remove the water, mitigate any damage that’s been left behind, and leave your property dry, safe, and comfortable.
Our water damage services are straightforward and effective. Although every property has its own unique needs, in general, you can expect us to follow this four-step process:
- Water removal: First things first, we’ll remove the water from your home or business. Our technicians use high powered equipment to extract any residual water from your floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, and anywhere else that was impacted by the event. For furniture and personal items, we use specialized equipment to ensure that the water is removed safely.
- Moisture monitoring: You may not realize this, but water damage can cause long-term problems like mold growth and rot. By using infrared cameras and precise moisture meters, we can identify hidden moisture pockets and eliminate them before they cause problems.
- Cleaning and sanitizing: Cleaning up after water damage involves a lot more than getting rid of the water and drying out your property. We use specialized equipment and cleaning products that will not only leave your property clean and fresh, but also protect it from future damage. All of our cleaning equipment and products meet OSHA standards for approved decontamination procedures.
- Drying: Once we’ve removed the water, documented the damage, eliminated moisture pockets, and sanitized your property, the drying process begins. Our advanced dehumidifying equipment is designed to remove as much moisture from your property as possible. This process can take a few days, and we will need to stop by each day to adjust the equipment and monitor moisture levels. As soon as the moisture in the air is at a safe level, we’ll remove the equipment and be on our way!
